1. Leistung

LiftAxis ist ein Werkzeug zum Protokollieren und Auswerten von Krafttraining. Die App ist local-first und funktioniert im Kern ohne Account. Funktionen können sich im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung ändern.

2. Kein medizinischer Rat

LiftAxis ersetzt keine medizinische, physiotherapeutische oder ärztliche Beratung. Recovery-, Readiness- und Fortschrittswerte sind Schätzungen aus deinen Eingaben und keine medizinischen Beurteilungen. Hol bei gesundheitlichen Fragen oder Beschwerden ärztlichen Rat ein.

3. Eigenverantwortung & keine Ergebnis-Garantie

Du trainierst eigenverantwortlich. LiftAxis garantiert keine bestimmten Trainings-, Kraft- oder Gesundheitsergebnisse. Achte auf eine sichere Übungsausführung und passe dein Training deinem individuellen Leistungsstand an.

4. Deine Daten & Backups

Deine Trainingsdaten liegen lokal auf deinem Gerät. Du bist für eigene Backups verantwortlich. Beim Löschen der App oder beim Importieren eines Backups können lokale Daten unwiderruflich überschrieben werden.

5. Abonnements (zukünftig)

LiftAxis kann künftig optionale kostenpflichtige Funktionen anbieten. Sofern solche Abonnements eingeführt werden, gelten die zum Kaufzeitpunkt angezeigten Konditionen und die Abwicklung über den App Store von Apple. Es bestehen derzeit keine aktiven kostenpflichtigen Angebote.

6. App-Store-Bedingungen

Wird LiftAxis über den Apple App Store bezogen, gelten ergänzend die anwendbaren Apple-Bedingungen (inkl. der lizenzrechtlichen Standardbestimmungen für App-Store-Apps / „Standard EULA"), soweit einschlägig.

7. Haftung

Die Nutzung erfolgt im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen ohne Gewähr für ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit oder Fehlerfreiheit. Eine Haftung für leichte Fahrlässigkeit ist ausgeschlossen, soweit keine wesentlichen Vertragspflichten betroffen sind und gesetzlich zulässig. Zwingende gesetzliche Haftung bleibt unberührt.

8. Änderungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren und passen dann das Datum oben an.

2. No medical advice

LiftAxis does not replace medical, physiotherapeutic or clinical advice. Recovery, readiness and progress values are estimates from your input, not medical assessments. Seek professional advice for any health questions or complaints.

3. Your responsibility & no results guarantee

You train at your own responsibility. LiftAxis guarantees no specific training, strength or health results. Use safe technique and adapt training to your individual level.

4. Your data & backups

Your training data lives locally on your device. You are responsible for your own backups. Deleting the app or importing a backup may irreversibly overwrite local data.

5. Subscriptions (future)

LiftAxis may later offer optional paid features. If such subscriptions are introduced, the terms shown at the time of purchase apply, handled through Apple's App Store. There are no active paid offerings at this time.

6. App Store terms

If you obtain LiftAxis through the Apple App Store, the applicable Apple terms (including the standard licensing terms for App Store apps / "Standard EULA") additionally apply where relevant.

7. Liability

Use is provided, to the extent permitted by law, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. Liability for slight negligence is excluded where no essential contractual duties are affected and where legally permitted. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will adjust the date above when we do.
